putenfilet mit hackfleisch

Just another experiment for David :p 

I cooked a putenfilet with rinder-hackfleisch. I rolled it up and baked it with a tomato sauce. 

As a hauptmenu, I made a macaroni with a hot chilli sauce on the top. 

baked with 200 degrees ca. 7minutes

Take Two

The second day of January. David and me went to Take Two and had a lunch there before he took his train to Saarbrücken :)

David is a seafood lovers! Since he saw the flayers about all you can eat GAMBAS, he never stop to asked me and finally we made it happen!  

The all you can eat menu is 17,50 Euro (once a year!) haha. the menu included with bread, baked potato, chilli and garlic sauce & Gambas. 

David had succesfully ate 2 big portion of Gambas *total hungreeehhh* and I ate one portion.  The taste was just like a udang balado (indonesian food) \m/

Welcome 2012 !!

It was a great night. Spending the Silvester night with David <3 . We have cancelled our plan to go to Köln and having a dinner at the ship :))

 

2011 has been a rollercoaster ride, I've lost my mom, depressed and problems with school etc, but I've learned to just go with it instead of resist it. Happy New Year everyone ! :))
